Specially designed to help create fuller brows from scratch, this versatile formula colors, defines and sets brows in one step. It is waterproof and adheres to skin and hair to give even the most sparse brows a full look. No other product required.

APPLICATION:
Use a brush. Apply the mousse gel to the eyebrows until you get the desired effect. Wait a few seconds to allow each coat to dry slightly before applying another coat for a fuller effect.
