This offer is valid in Canada only, on merchandise ordered through the website and excludes taxes and gift cards. A fixed delivery charge of C$12.95 (before taxes) is applicable for orders under C$75.

SIBELLE charges a flat shipping fee of C$12.95 (before taxes) on all orders under C$75.
SHIPPING TIME
Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days of the transaction. Estimated delivery by the various courier services used varies between 2 and 7 working days, depending on the delivery address. We provide you with secure delivery from the best parcel shipping service providers. Some web-exclusive items may take longer to deliver.
Depending on the shipping address, dimensions and weight of your package, our system will choose the appropriate carrier among FedEx, Nationex, Canada Post, Purolator and UPS to deliver your online order. We do not deliver packages to post office boxes.
We do not ship packages outside of Canada. All online orders to a delivery address outside of Canada will be canceled.
E-GIFT CARDS
A virtual gift card will be sent by email to your recipient within an hour, unless:
- you have specified a date to for us to send it to the recipient;
- your shopping cart doesn’t contains other items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For online purchases refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, in the original packaging. SIBELLE reserves the right not to grant a return if the merchandise does not meet the return criteria.
Conditions for all returns and exchanges:
- the goods are in the same condition they were at the time of shipping;
- the merchandise has not been worn, used or washed;
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
