Sibelle Gift Card

These terms and conditions apply to gift cards issued by Sibelle. Sibelle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion by posting a modified version on the website www.sibelle.ca. Purchasing or using a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, and as a Buyer or User, you agree to abide by them.

 

AVAILABILITY

Gift cards are available and can be used on the Sibelle website. Gift cards are not reloadable, and new funds cannot be added to your gift card after activation. Gift cards do not expire and do not incur fees. Gift cards are never valid for previous purchases.

 

PURCHASE

You can purchase one or more gift cards. Reselling them is strictly prohibited. Gift cards can be sold for any amount between $25 and $500, in increments of $25.

When purchasing one or more gift cards, you must provide certain information, such as your credit card number, payment details, and billing information. By providing this information, you certify that it is correct, truthful, and up-to-date. Gift cards have no monetary value before activation at the time of purchase, provided that payment information has been verified.

We may collect personal data during your visits to our website for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that this information, along with information provided during the product purchase process, may be used and processed by Sibelle in accordance with these terms and conditions, the website’s general terms and conditions, and Canadian laws or any other applicable laws.

We take all necessary measures to protect your personal data. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on this matter.

 

DELIVERY

When you purchase an e-gift card, it will be automatically sent to you by email, free of charge.

Sibelle disclaims all liability for non-delivery or non-receipt due to inaccurate information. The buyer is fully responsible. To correct any information following incorrect delivery, you may return an email. We will then attempt to contact you to obtain a valid email address.

 

USE

The transaction amount paid with the gift card will be automatically deducted from the total value of your gift card. You are responsible for paying Sibelle for any purchase exceeding the amount available on your gift card. If the transaction price is lower than the amount available on your gift card, the unused value will remain on your gift card until the total value reaches zero. The gift card will then be deactivated.

Gift cards cannot be used for transactions in a currency different from the country where the card was sold.

Sibelle reserves the right to reject any gift card that has an invalid number, is not active, or does not appear in its gift card system.

You can check your gift card balance by visiting the website www.sibelle.ca.

The gift card cannot be returned, resold, exchanged for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to another account, except as required by law.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a purchase or our merchandise return policy. All returns for purchases made with a gift card will result in a credit to the card or issuance of a new card corresponding to the return amount.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED GIFT CARDS

The risk of loss and ownership of gift cards are transferred to the buyer at the time of sale. Gift cards are equivalent to cash. Sibelle disclaims all liability for loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorized use of your gift card. We are unable to trace or refund gift cards.

If a gift card code does not work, your sole recourse, and Sibelle’s sole liability, would be to replace the same gift card.

 

WARRANTY

Sibelle provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding gift cards, including, but not limited to, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with gift cards are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions or rules. Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved by the courts.
